Say what? Where in the Consbreastution did you find that "right" ?
What CEOs (corporations) do not have is a right to the US Corp. structure and legal protections thereof while retaining a right to "export jobs wherever they like". If it is advantageous to run a corporation under the tender mercies of the Indian gov. and take advantage of the labor force there (or wherever) - then fine. Pick up and move your corp. enbreasty (butt?) to India.
If it were the pleasure of the citizens of the USA to require hiring internally as a condition for running a corp. in the USA then I fully support the right for that corp. to get the hell out. They can pay their corp. taxes to India and enjoy! And if the CEO of that emigrant corp. wishes to visit the USA we will be happy to stamp their Indian pbuttports at the airport.

Fair enough! But the same can be said of people who run corporations.
If they cannot prove they are worth those high-paying jobs, then the (CEO) jobs may go somewhere else. It is just that some (CEO) people became expecting too much. Some CEOs became too complacent about their lives, and do not want to strain their bodies and minds to compete working in high-paying jobs.
