well I did get it checked out and the doc thought it seemed like gall bladder pain, so the next step would be to get that area scanned, by the time I'd waited and seen the doc it was out of office hours, so I was told that the scan department would call me in the next couple of days (this was on Wednesday), by the end of Friday I'd heard nothing, but as I'd fallen asleep it was too late to call, which means waiting til Tuesday as Monday is a bank holiday. The pain as been not good this morning, paracetamol and cough sryup didn't really take the edge of it, which it did do earlier in the week. There really isn't any more I can do, can't take stronger painpersons, no point in trying to see either an on call doctor or going to ER or labour and delivery, so I guess I just have to grin and bear it.
Book recommendations 69Chookie Ummm, you don't have to be poor to be challenged to pay for what could easily be $10-20k worth of bills. And, as I said, even if you were...
To cap it all, when they did my bloods and urine on Wednesday I have a UTI and my haemoglobin was low, 10.1 when they want it to be above 10.5 for pregnant women at 11.5 otherwise, so I'm not too concerned, fortunately my midwife has recommended a natural remedy which she thinks is better than the standard stuff, which I was no way going to take, the last thing I need is to get all bunged up. I expect I'll get an attack of thrush in the next few days due to the antibiotics, I have a pessary ready to use at the first sign!
