Please remember, we All need help at once time or another. Do you have familly close by that could help you on weekends to set up meals for the week? And there is always the option (I used when I was recovering from a car accident) to hire a local High School student (not expensive) to do the shopping for you and even help a bit otherwise. You would not need to pay for more that a couple of hours a week for the shopping and you and hubby can make the shopping list and then focus on getting you through this.
