I have an OB appointment on Monday and wondered what you thought. I measured my fundal height last night, but in my "noviceness" I am not sure I did it completely right. However, the measurement I got was 38cm (I will be 33 weeks on Friday), which still has me measuring 5 weeks ahead (if I did it properly)...I took a pic of my belly and compared with my last pg at 37 weeks and I actually look bigger now (belly wise - I haven't gained as much weight with this one as I did last time) than I did at 37 weeks with DD. DD was 8lb 14oz at 40 weeks.
So, in your opinions, do you think I will deliver early? Or give birth to a big baby, or is all of PURE speculation and me freaking myself out over nothing? (I'm guessing yes) Everyone is saying to me, either I look like I am carrying twins, or I look ready to pop any day now.
Do you think I should have an U-S? Not that it will make any difference to the outcome but the suspense of not knowing what's going on in there is killing me. I am becoming more and more neurotic about this every day and STILL haven't hired my doula! I need to do that!
I think it;'s just me hormones but jeez, this is keeping me up at night!!
My largeness 7CY I think it has nothing to do with your perhaps delivering early (unless you think your dates are way off). Lots of women with bigger funal measurements produce normal or small sized...
