I didn't really find the amount I had taken to be very useful or helpful. I also didn't want to take a whole lot right off the bat and end up sicker than a dog. It was kind of like a test to start off, and today I will try a slightly larger dose. I just can't seem to be able to actually take it very well, though. I've heard a few say take with orange juice... DH picked up some OJ for me, and it's still sitting in the car lol... I find the texture of it, being kind of slimy and oily, makes me feel kind of sick, since I find I'm a real textured person, where I often don't like something - like watermelon - based only on the texture it has. I really don't want to over do it, though, but after last night I think I'm more willing to try a slightly higher dose... I did get to make it to the fair grounds last night, and I made it to about an hour on my feet of walking before I needed a rest. Had some ice cream and relaxed for 10 minutes, then felt good and ready for some more walking... Hit the casino for a little while and only spent about $8 between both of us then walked the midway and played some carny games :D Went home and was fairly sore from all the walking and I had a bit of cramping towards the end of the night and through the night, but a nice hot bath in the morning fixed it. I'll try the 2tbsp today with some orange juice... Maybe mix myself a castor oil and OJ shot - or many - to allow for 2tbsp this time!
