Hi folks,
I had a bad dream last night in which I lost this baby :( Something to do with being given medication for a condition which I thought was acute, and then stopping the meds once the symptoms went, though I was supposed to continue them. The odd thing was that the delivery (or m-c) itself was really easy, so part of me didn't believe it. The saddest part was being asked by the nurse if I wanted to participate in something in October. My first reaction was to say no, I'll be busy with the baby-on maternity leave, and then I realized (in my dream) for the first time that I not only lost the baby, but wouldn't be having one in September or October...

Got some nice kicks when I woke up this am :)
... and today is DS's 3rd birthday. We've got a great party planned in the park, with Bubble Man coming (a local performance artist who makes lots and lots and lots of bubbles). DS plus 5 friends, all 6 of DS's grandparents and his great grandma will be there. Yummy cake, and the weather is cooperating (not a given here).
Yay!
