Hi, again --
I mentioned earlier that some people can live eczema-free if they eliminate allergens. I did NOT mean to imply that food allergies are the only source of eczema! I had one friend whose child had mild eczema which was fully cured by getting rid of the family hamster. Other people I know suffer painfully, but only during certain pollination seasons. And others never manage to identify a particular source and just have to deal with it sympomatically.
If you do identify an allergen, consider eliminating it if possible. Although it's a nuisance doing with (pick one: dogs, cats, eggs, milk ...) often eczema is only one of the consequences of the allergy, and people discover that their general health improves in the absence of the allergen.
I didn't know Aquaphor has lanolin in it ... which shows I should check my ingredients more carefully. Fortunately, wool isn't an issue in our household. Just a variety of foods and pollens :-)
