Sorry so long to respond. My Mac died last Friday and just came back from the shop tonight. Fortunately, I had a PC too, so I just kept playing on that platform while my favored Mac was being fixed. (When I took it in, the repair person said I had 5 days left on my 3-year extended warranty. Good thing it didn't wait another week to die!)
I ended up going over to Dustwallow Marsh and did a couple things there. I was then stuck and a PUG friend from a week earlier happened to be online. I was 30 at the time and he was 34 and had just completed a couple there that were beating me. He offered to take me through. With his help, it was a breeze.
I learned one new technique when doing those with him too. My problem was that I was fighting my way through the +4 mobs between myself and my goal area. He just ran through them...
Sure enough. I found I can just numlock-run and blaze through most. My 8% pally speed is enough that I outrun them before they can do too much damage. Once a spider pinned me, so I turned and took him out. I can take one +4 at a time, but the battle takes too long. Fighting them all meant it was taking me an hour to cross a field. With this approach, I crossed it in 5 minutes (one battle).
Yep. I did that next. There is still one quest there that I was not able to do at 32. "Worth its weight in gold." I fairly easily got all the tusks and medicine pouches. Got end everytime I went in the cave for the Shadow Hunter knife though. That one has been partially complete in my queue for days now.
I just turned 34 late last night, and that quest turned yellow. I might try going back there tonight to finish it.
Fortunately I saw them ahead. They had just end some poor unfortunate soul ahead of me. I moused over them to see about helping and saw the level. I was 30 at the time, and a pair of 35's was dissolution for me. When they left, I rezed the guy and continued on my way. :-)
Yep. I died at their hand once, and steered clear of that area afterwards...

Haven't been there yet. I've done about half the Arathi Highlands quests at this point and was wondering where to go next. This sounds like a good bet.
